These terms and conditions apply to the Xfinity WiFi Map app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Tour Tech ("Service Provider") as a Free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

1. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part of it, including our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Service Modifications & Charges

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

3. Data Storage, Processing & Security

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to the Service Provider for the purpose of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.

Important: The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this could compromise security features and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

5. Connectivity & Provider Responsibility

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will apply, and you may incur data usage or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory. If you are not the device's bill payer, ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

6. Usage Responsibility & Limitations

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and available to access the Service. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device loses power and you are unable to access the Service.

7. Information Accuracy & Updates

While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, some information may come from third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on these functionalities.

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time or cease providing it without notice. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination, (a) your rights and licenses will end; (b) you must cease using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Please review this page regularly for any changes. Changes will be posted on this page.
